JW Marriott The Rosseau Muskoka Soft Re-Opening May 29

Luxury resort in Muskoka “dipping toes in the water” with soft re-opening on May 29.

ToDoOntario - JW Marriott The Rosseau Muskoka, summer
JW Marriott The Rosseau Muskoka will be one of the first resorts in Muskoka to re-open its doors to visitors.  Leah Leslie, Director Sales & Marketing, says:  “We made this decision after a lot of careful thought and planning.  The resort was never actually required to close, as hotels are an essential service.  The resort is re-opening very cautiously, with distancing and cleanliness measures in place throughout the building, beaches and grounds.  We know that people want to be closer to nature, especially as summer approaches, and the fact that the resort has two private beaches makes it especially appealing when pools are not permitted to be open.  We’ll ramp up slowly to ensure that all associates are thoroughly trained in safety protocols for overnight guests and take-out dining options.  When it is time to re-open restaurants and pools, our team will be well-prepared for that next step.”

Visitors will be able to enjoy Muskoka’s breathtaking views, expansive scenery and starry skies while relaxing in the luxurious surroundings of JW Marriott The Rosseau Muskoka.

The resort’s two private beaches are available. Bicycles, canoes, stand-up paddle boards and kayaks are ready for active duty.

Restaurants, bars, fitness centre, pools and Spa Rosseau will remain closed until they are permitted to open, but in the meantime, Chef Crymble’s culinary team has designed special menus for guest room delivery and take-out.

Rigorous planning has been done to ensure the health and safety of all guests and associates. A list of distancing measures will be posted here.
