Trails and boardwalk are open for hiking to appreciate the beauty of the season and take in a relaxing breath of fresh air. Chickadees will join you on a hike to eat sunflower seed right from the palm of your hand, and Trumpeter Swans are beginning to flock back to the area for winter to honk “hello” to you. Once there is enough snow there is hope to have guests out exploring on snowshoes and cross-country skis which are both excellent ways to stay in shape and appreciate the wonder of a Canadian winter!
