Harvest is the most exciting time of the year. It’s when Muskoka Lakes Farm & Winery (quite literally) get to see the fruit of their labour! It starts two weekends before Canadian Thanksgiving and is usually finished by October 31st. They harvest only once a year and have 27 acres to pick and produce around 300,000-400,000 lbs of cranberries.
