The sap is a runnin’. Join Yours Outdoors for a tour and tasting at Esson Creek, an exciting new maple syrup operation. Meet owners Mark and Sandra Bramham, they have a few stories to tell. You will walk on snowshoes (conditions permitting) through their sugar bush to see how it is managed for maple syrup production. You will also discover the terroir of maple syrup by tasting syrup from a variety producers and locations. We will even give you a taste of birch syrup!
Tour – $25/adult, $15/child (ages 4-10), no charge under 4. Based on a minimum of 4 people. Includes knowleageable guide, 1.5 tour of maple syrup operation, sugar bush, and taste samples.
Tour and special tasting – $49/adult.$24/child (ages 4-10), no charge under 4. Based on a minimum of 4 people. Includes knowledgeable guide, 2 hr tour of maple syrup operation, sugar bush, and extended tasting exploring the terroir of maple syrup. Each couple/family will receive a special glass carafe made at Artech Studio
