It is amazing what beautiful designs can be created using moose hair tufting. Join Noopimiing Creations at Wye Marsh and learn how to make a pom pom, by securing a bundle of hair with a loop stitch, and then sculpt it into a shape or pattern inspired by nature.
Moccasin Making Workshop- November 4, 2023
Moccasins are created all over North America by many different nations, in many different styles, and are called “Makizin” in Anishinaabemowin. Spend the day with our Instructors from Noopimiing Creations and they will teach you an Ojibwe “puckering” technique as you create your own “Makizin” to take home.
