Have you ever heard the magical sound of wolves howling in unison? Every Thursday night in July and August Haliburton Forest Wolf Centre welcomes the public to gather in their Seminar Building. The evening will start with a short presentation about wolves along with a question and answer period. After that, their staff will silently guide the group on a short walk into the twilight. When you reach just the right spot, the guide will then howl to the resident wolf pack in attempt to initiate a response. They cannot guarantee the wolves will call back, regardless they do have a good track-record!
There is no fee for this event, however donations are appreciated. No registration required. Doors open @ 7:30 pm, it is recommended arriving early if you want a seat. Standing room only once seats fill. The program will begin at 8:00 pm
This event is not suitable for dogs. It is asked that you please leave them at home, not in your vehicle.
