First Course: Buffet staged in REIGN Pantry, featuring cheese, charcuterie, east coast oysters, poached shrimp, fruits, salads, pastries.
Second Course: Select one à la carte dish. Highlights include rich surf and turf benedicts (Prime Rib, Fogo Island Shrimp, Smoked Trout), Farmhouse Breakfast, Avocado Toast, Tartine, Croque Madame.
Third Course: Dessert buffet experience staged in our Royal Private Dining Room. Selection includes Lemon Slice, Mini Brownies, Pistachio Cake, Coconut Macaroons, French Macaroons, Chocolate Tarts, Nanaimo Bars.
