48-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY: To help you book your stay with peace of mind during these uncertain times, until June 15th Deerhurst Resort will offer a 48-hour cancellation policy for any future leisure stay in 2020. This excludes reservations for special events or contracted group events. This means the deposit of one night’s accommodation plus tax will be refundable when cancelled 48 hours in advance of arrival; if cancelled within that timeframe the entire deposit amount becomes non-refundable. (Our usual cancellation policy requires 7 days notice in advance of arrival for the deposit to be refunded.) We hope this helps you make plans for our Muskoka stay with confidence with year.
